WEB Expansion Controller is a standalone monitoring system that is capable of sending out email notification to user when any alarm state happened. WEB Expansion was also designed to be used with RMC1 / RMC2 series as an expansion module to add on more monitoring points. WEB Expansion comes in three different models that would suit different needs and applications accurately.  With multiple WEBIO controllers, hundreds of digital and analog inputs can be monitored simultaneously. The relay outputs of WEBIO controller are also capable to be configured for local audible and visual annunciation using external siren and or strobe lights.

WEBIO Controller and Message Master communicate with each other using PBNet* over TCP/IP protocol. Automatic connectivity supervision ensures all devices are always communicating with each other. Any loss of communication will be reported to users via SMS.

• Ease of use
  Absolutely no programming or technical knowledge is required to use this system. Any computer can access its HTML web-based control panel using Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.  

• Intuitive user interface
  Although WEB IO is rich and complete in functionality and performance, configuring it to user specific requirement is a breeze.

• Plug and play
  PBNet enable PICOBOX devices to have plug and play capabilities. Devices auto discover each other when it is connected on the network. This will greatly simplify the management of multiple devices.

• Remote access
  Not only WEB IO can be connected to any computer in the local area network (LAN) environment, it can also be easily setup for remote access and control over the Internet.

• Standalone operation
  WEB IO only needs to be connected to the equipments to be monitored. No PC or server is required. The PC is needed only for configuring its operating parameters and for viewing the status of the equipments. Network ready.

• Multiple Expansion
  Designed specially to work with MM4K as IO expansion modules. No limitation to number of WEB IOs can be connected to MM4K, temperature monitoring, industrial controllers, even third party software can communicate with it via standard TCP/IP protocol.

• Microcontroller based design
  It is not a PC hardware and does not contain moving parts like hard disk, CD-ROM drive that can affect its reliability.

• Low power consumption
  Because it does not consume much power, Message Master 4000 does not generate heat and will run for 24 hours without worries of breaking down. In the event of incoming power failure, it can operate for hours on a small capacity lead acid battery / power supply unit.

• Small & Compact
  The dimension is 125(l) x 38(h) x 100 (d) mm and weight a mere 480 grams, it can be fitted into any chassis or equipment cabinet or be obscurely installed in any corner of the equipment room.
